How are the packages shipped?
Packages from our warehouses in China or Europe will be shipped by official mail or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages sent from our warehouses in the USA will be shipped through USPS.
Where is it sent?
We provide free shipping to all the world on all the products we offer.
Customs / Mail Expenses
We are not responsible for any Customs or Post charges. However, our products are free of any charge.
What delays are there in shipping?
Shipping times vary by country and location. The estimated times are:

Is tracking information provided?
Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you don't receive it within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says no information is available.
For some shipments, it takes 2-5 business days for the system to update. If there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
Will the orders be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons some items of the same purchase can be sent in separate packages. Remember that the Argentine Customs only allows the entry of up to 3 products of the same type

Cancellation policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and changes need to be made, it must be notified within 12 hours. Once the package is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our No. 1 priority. In this way, you may request a return or reshipment of the order, if any of the following conditions is met:
- You do not receive the order within the expected period.
- You receive the wrong product
- You do not want the product received (in this case you must pay the shipping costs)
We do not return, IF:
- The order is not delivered by wrong address
- Another exceptional circumstance beyond the control of looklatino.com

If the return is approved we will contact you to carry it out.
